Media and Social Media Team Member

Full time job - Media & Social Media team member who will also assist with our busy admissions department at Emil Dale Academy.

Must be able to quickly and accurately write engaging articles newsletters, blogs and mail shots.

Must have experience in graphic design.

You will be responsible for the management and content generation of social media channels (with a focus on our website, newsletters, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) across all Emil Dale brands, including Factory Playhouse, West End Excess and DHA. The role will ensure that Emil Dale has a strong social and national presence that delivers engaging content, builds brand identity, communicates key messages, addresses challenges and drives conversions.

Your work will help continue to promote Emil Dale Academy as an above and beyond Academy, support campaign activity, engage and develop the online network and drive new relationships. Working closely with senior management you will implement our 2021 - 2022 social media strategy and content plan throughout communication channels.

Key responsibilities include:

Execute the social strategy for all Emil Dale brands to consistently create brand awareness, promote courses, and drive outstanding teachers and auditionees from all over the world to our Academy.

Develop and maintain 2021/2022 content calendars for all brands to build communities and drive engagement.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement paid social activity to support key marketing campaigns against a set of defined KPIs.

Take responsibility for defining the social element of all campaigns, including creative, content plan, core targets, and recommended budget to maximise reach, engagement and conversions.

Monitor and evaluate social performance of all paid and organic social activity to make effective recommendations for improvements.

Manage and share a monthly dashboard of community and campaign performance.

Deliver post-campaign analysis for all campaigns offering clear ROI.

Respond to social media notifications when necessary.

Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver a varied content strategy that provides rich and engaging content across digital channels, including blog posts, articles, infographics, interviews, etc…

Work with the marketing team, brand and external agencies to develop effective social content to drive brand and product engagement.

Engage with subject matter experts for input and ensure compliance of all assets.

Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of social channels and trends to support brand development on an ongoing basis.

Support and train practice managers around the UK to come up with local content that is compliant, on brand and engaging.

Monitor Facebook pages using sentiment analysis tools.

Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to establish robust processes and ways of working within the digital team to ensure effective delivery of marketing programmes.

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

Passionate about social and digital media

Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing organic and paid social media activity - including demonstrable experience of making insight-based recommendations to improve effectiveness and reporting on ROI.

Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude; uses initiative to make things happen.

Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Confident communicator - able to clearly communicate and present at all levels.

Effective team player.

Excellent writing style.

Proficient in Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, remarketing and audience segmentation, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, design edits and Excel.
