Dominic trained at The McMahon School of Ballet and Theatre Dance in South Yorkshire.

He was then offered an apprenticeship with The New English Contemporary Ballet company on their debut tour and was nominated by Dance Europe in Critics' Choice 2006 as Most Promising Dancer.
