PDP 1

The PDP1 Team is a part of Emil Dale Weekend School’ advanced company, and develops its members as ‘triple threat’ performers offering multiple skills in acting, singing, and dancing. The team is made up of no more than 35 students aged 16 and over. This programme is aimed at assisting our members with their applications for professional dance, drama, and Musical Theatre schools.

PDP 1 members will take classes in jazz, performance technique, acting, contemporary, singing, audition technique, and commercial; and work on a wide variety of ensemble repertoire from many different styles of musicals, old and new.

Members will get the opportunity to work with guest teachers and choreographers from the West End and UK tours, and will have the opportunity to gain some insight into the world of professional theatre.

Our Professional Development Programme focuses on all of the skills required to be a successful Musical Theatre performer.

Our Emil Dale Weekend School Hitchin PDP1 Team train between 14:30-18:00 on Sundays. They must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their classes to sign in.

THE TEAMS AT EMIL DALE WEEKEND SCHOOL
