BOYS BOOT CAMP

A high energy dance class where participants increase fitness, strength and flexibility.

This class is designed to help boys improve their dance technique, pick up and retention rapidly.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

This is an extra OPTIONAL CLASS.

Please remember you will still get professional dance technique and body conditioning every week during your normal 3.5 hour sessions.

This is just an extra class to compliment your training and help you improve more rapidly.

• Arrive 10 mins before your session.
• This class is subject to a termly commitment only.
• Fees are non refundable.
• You must wear suitable clothing and footwear to move in.
